The position requires a high dependency on Telecom principles for execution, and extensive collaboration with the Network, Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural disciplines, with construction projects spanning across Retail, Hyperscale, and Hybrid data center designs. Other responsibilities include financial planning and reporting; vendor management; real estate evaluation; contract negotiations; bid analysis; legal assessments; and business development.
This is a newly created role based out of Japan, supporting our Global Design and Construction strategy at an exciting period of growth throughout APAC.
