Job Qualification:

•   A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Proven project management experience with a successful delivery track record.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar capacity within the IT Services industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of project management processes, workflows, and terminology.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Technical background with understanding of software development and IT infrastructure.
• PMO skillset including planning, tracking, reporting, and governance support.
• Additional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master are advantageous.
• Prior experience in Temenos Core Banking implementations is a strong advantage.  

Languages : Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and business level English required
