業務内容
1. Project Initiation & DefinitionCollaborate with the project sponsor to clearly define project objectives, key deliverables, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Ensure that business requirements are thoroughly clarified, documented, and communicated to all relevant parties.2. Project PlanningWork with delivery teams in all impacted divisions to build a comprehensive project plan. This includes developing management plans for:ScopeScheduleCost & ResourcesRisks & IssuesQualityCommunicationDefine and review the project baseline for OTOBOS (On Time, On Budget, On Scope).Ensure the project plan incorporates and is aligned with the sprint plans and agile delivery methodology of the IT technical teams.3. Project Execution, Monitoring & ControlManage the day-to-day execution of the project, continuously monitoring progress against the project plan.Actively monitor and adapt to changes in the IT delivery teams' sprint plans.Key responsibilities include:(a) Status Reporting: Provide accurate project status reports, including tracking OTOBOS metrics.(b) Scope Management: Ensure all deliverables meet the defined business requirements.(c) Schedule Management: Maintain the project schedule and address any delays.(d) Budget & Resource Management: Manage project costs and resources in line with the approved budget.(e) Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify high-impact risks, issues, and dependencies. Escalate when necessary and work with teams to define and implement mitigation plans.4. Stakeholder & Communication ManagementEnsure all key stakeholders are aligned and informed about project activities and status.(a) Steering Committee Management: Prepare for and lead project steering committee meetings.(b) Executive Communication: Translate technical details and updates from the delivery teams into clear, actionable information for executive leadership.5. Project ClosureManage all necessary activities to formally close the project, including final reports, lessons learned, and stakeholder sign-off.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
・Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in security, resilience, or IT
infrastructure management.
・Technical IT skills related to security incident response, disaster recovery,
and large-scale IT incident handling (including familiarity with security tools,
incident analysis, and infrastructure).
・Advanced proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
・Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
・Strong leadership and team management abilities.
・Constructive critical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
・Flexibility to respond promptly outside of business hours in case of
emergencies.
・Budgeting and vendor management experience.
・Proactive support of organizational initiatives and forums.
・Relevant certifications (e.g., security certifications like CISSP, BCM/DR
certifications such as CBCP) are a plus.
