Responsibilities

• we manage all actions to improve customer experience. Specifically, this includes coordinating with engineers to fix bugs in the production environment, planning technical implementation to improve call quality, and collaborating with the company's core network and base station management departments, CS and shop departments.

Qualification :

• Experience in coordinating bugs and release plans with development engineers in English (using Atlassian products)
• Stakeholder management experience in both Japanese and English
• TOEIC score of 600 or above or equivalent English proficiency
• Mobile app development experience
• Experience in voice quality verification and core network operations in the telecommunications industry

Language Skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English.
