Your Role and Responsibilities
-Define and drive the evolution of our core trading platform and related products.
-Gather insights through user interviews and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
-Set product vision, craft roadmaps and ensure alignment across teams.
-Lead cross-functional projects, balancing technical feasibility with business goals.
-Monitor product KPIs, hypothesize solutions and iterate based on real-world feedback.
-Foster a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where new ideas are welcomed and explored.

What We're Looking For
-Experience shaping product specifications within development teams.
-Proven ability to manage products and drive measurable product improvements.
-Analytical mindset with a track record of using data and user feedback to guide decisions.
-Passion for tackling new challenges and learning emerging technologies.
-Strong communication skills in Japanese (for interviews and team collaboration).
-Bonus: Experience with B2B products, team leadership, or hands-on user research.
