We're Hiring: Digital Product Designer (12-Month+ Contract | Toronto | 4 days in office | 1 day remote)
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer with strong interaction and visual design chops to help shape the future of a high-impact, consumer-facing loyalty experience . You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional product squad focused on delivering real, everyday value for users across web and mobile platforms.
You’ll take ownership of design end-to-end—from concept through to polished, dev-ready UI—while collaborating closely with content designers, researchers, marketers, and product owners. You’ll be the go-to design expert on your team and a key player in bringing a thoughtful, cohesive, and accessible user experience to life.
What You’ll Do
Drive interaction and visual design across responsive web and mobile app experiences for a major loyalty rewards platform
Lead the day-to-day design process in your squad, working alongside content, research, and product stakeholders
Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and polished prototypes using Figma
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure visual consistency
Champion accessible, inclusive, and design-system-aligned solutions
Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies and product planning
Support and occasionally lead usability testing and design critiques
What We’re Looking For
✅ 5-10+ years of experience in digital product design—or interaction + visual design roles
✅ Expertise in native mobile + responsive web design (retail/e-commerce or loyalty space a big plus)
✅ Fluency with Figma, Mural, design systems, and prototyping tools
✅ Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and strategy
✅ Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with product managers, devs, BAs, and QEs
✅ Solid understanding of accessibility best practices
Nice to Haves
✨ Experience in loyalty programs, e-commerce, or consumer rewards
✨ Comfortable conducting or supporting usability research
✨ Familiar with design measurement frameworks or product strategy
✨ Able to map out user journeys and organize complex information structures
Why Join?
You’ll be part of a mature design team inside one of Canada’s most well-known digital organizations. Here, design is respected, supported, and embedded in every phase of product development. You'll collaborate with seasoned experts who value thoughtful critique, experimentation, and making an impact at scale.
You’ll also have opportunities to grow—into lead roles—as you help shape not just great products, but also a strong and supportive design culture.
