An Asset Management client is looking for a Staff Portfolio Manager on contracting / freelance

Position Overview
As a Staff Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for generating insightful performance reports, monitoring portfolio performance, and updating client proposal materials to help showcase the value of our investment products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, contribute to market insight, and improve client engagement through high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
1. Monthly Report Creation

Prepare and distribute comprehensive monthly performance reports for investment products.
Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
Create visually compelling presentations that include key portfolio performance metrics, such as risk-adjusted returns and benchmark comparisons.
2. Investment Monitoring

Regularly monitor portfolio performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify trends or anomalies in performance data and escalate findings to senior investment teams.
Assist in drafting market commentary and portfolio activity summaries for client distribution.
3. Client Proposal Material Updates

Update and customize client proposal materials to reflect performance outcomes, investment philosophies, and value propositions.
Partner with marketing teams to ensure materials are aligned with branding and regulatory standards.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the effectiveness of proposal deliverables.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration

Partner with portfolio managers, client relationship managers, and operations teams to streamline data processes and enhance efficiencies.
Support client relations by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries related to portfolio performance and product-specific information.
