The Plan Review Specialist plays a vital role in guiding newly onboarded customers through the final stages of their basement remodeling journey. This customer-facing position combines construction knowledge , design consultation , and relationship management to ensure a seamless transition from contract to construction.

You’ll be responsible for conducting on-site visits to finalize floor plans, assist in material selections , and provide expert guidance on design enhancements or functional upgrades . This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of residential construction, and a service-first attitude.

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction, home remodeling, or construction-related sales
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping homeowners visualize their finished space
  
• Ability to interpret and explain construction plans, blueprints, and scope of work documents
  
• Comfortable working in customer homes and on active job sites
  
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or construction management software
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for daily travel
  

• Prior experience in material selection, interior design consultation, or finish upgrades in a construction setting
  
• Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and change order processes
  
• Sales experience with a consultative or solution-based approach
  

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  
• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission on approved material or design upgrades

Base Salary + Commision with on target earnings of $110K/Year+
