About Us:  We are a leading International pet transport logistics and services company. We are expanding our operations to Tokyo and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join us as the Branch Manager. As an organization, we are dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate flight transportation solutions for pets, ensuring their well-being throughout their journey.

Job Description: As the Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing and growing our operations in Japan. You will be responsible for building and managing the branch office from the ground up, while ensuring the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and overseeing all aspects of pet transport logistics, including customer relations, team management, operational efficiency, and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and establish the branch office in Tokyo, including infrastructure, staffing, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters and other branches to ensure smooth coordination of operations.
  • Foster excellent customer relationships by providing prompt and effective communication, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Implement efficient logistical processes to ensure timely and safe transportation of pets, coordinating with airlines, veterinary services, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and keep the pets safe and happy, and our clients smiling.
