You will play an important role in supporting the optometrist, assisting patients, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with scheduling, pre-testing, and frame selection
  • Conduct pre-testing and diagnostic imaging
  • Assist patients with eyeglass frame and lens selection, adjustments, and fittings
  • Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses
  • Educate patients on lens options, coatings and eyewear care
  • Handle billing, insurance submissions and payment processing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of optical displays and work areas
  • Dry eye knowledge and comfortable with learning Radio Frequency and IPL to treat meibomian gland dysfunction ( we will train)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an optometric office or optical environment is a requirement
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems and equipment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
