she is from colombia and speaks spanish and is currently taking english vlasses 2x each week at a local community center.
she is wanting to spend more time studing english and become more fluent in the language.
she wants an online course where she interacts with the teacher and/or the other students.
if all is well of course she would sign up using her computer.

Responsibilities:
Provide practical examples for clear understanding of subject topics.
Teach the student using study materials and aids with clarity.
Optimize the allocated lesson time to improve the student's skills in the subject.
Develop personalized lesson plans for the student.
Requirements:
Must be genuinely interested in the development of the student.
Must be able to analyze the thought process of the student and encourage discussion and debate.
High school diploma or equivalent will be an advantage.
Must have no problems with management of lessons and students
