This role offers the opportunity to grow into a future product management position for upcoming product launches.【Key Responsibilities】 - Coordinate and manage cross-product marketing activities, including promotional material releases, webinars, congress events, and more, working closely with product managers and the head of marketing - Analyze the impact of marketing activities, providing insights to internal stakeholders to build innovative, effective commercial models - Collaborate with external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, congresses, and vendors to ensure the success of each initiative - Work with the head of marketing to optimize operational costs and improve team profitability - Plan and implement digital promotions to enhance digital capabilities and boost engagement with healthcare professionals - Provide product-related insights for relevant therapeutic areas to product managers and the head of marketing - Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals regarding the free test program to support its adoption (temporary responsibility) - Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and agencies - Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirementsTake the lead in transforming oncology marketing in Japan and seize this opportunity for growth! - 3+ years of experience in oncology marketing.
