Job Description

The role of the Defensive Line is you'll support mainly administrative work for On Premise Director, as well as in On Premise department in order to let On Premise people focus on sales activities.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Schedule and manage the Director’s calendar, including meetings and calls across time zones.

  Coordinate all travel arrangements for the Director, including flights, accommodation, and visas.

  Accurately prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.

  Screen communications, prioritize correspondence, and handle routine inquiries independently.

  Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and confidential information.

  Prepare and format presentations and reports using MS Office Suite and relevant software.

• Coordinate logistics for various meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing agendas.

  Follow up on action items from meetings as directed.

• Act as the main contact between the Director and internal departments and external stakeholders.

  Represent the Director’s office professionally to all contacts.

  Ensure smooth communication and timely information sharing.

• Receive the phone call from customer.

  Take care internal and external customers, and international visitors when they visit our office.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• Previous experience working in the hospitality, night-life and/or FMCG industry preferred.
• Basic market knowledge and integration into local On Premise industry and community is beneficial. Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment. Strong analytical ability (analyse sales and customer data).
• Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends). Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.
• A positive “can do” attitude facilitated by continuous learning. Spoken English is preferred.
