Responsibilities:
Manager Role:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, code management practices, and unit testing.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to the development team.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, especially in finance or insurance sectors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
Developer Role:
- Develop and maintain .NET applications using .NET Core and VB .NET.
- Configure and manage IIS 8.5 for application deployment.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high quality code.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout the development process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in finance or insurance environments.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands on experience in .NET development (for Manager role) or 3+ years (for Developer role).
- Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.5.2, and VB.Net.
- Strong understanding of ST2110, code management, Unit Testing, and CI/CD.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to triage and resolve technical issues.
- Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or N2 level).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with FloWare 9.4.01, eFA 3.0.7, XDR â¿¢ 4.2, and other related tools.
- In depth knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent Presentation Skill.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong Leadership Skill (for Manager role).
Language Skills: Business level Japanese (N2 and above) and Business level English
