The overall purpose of the placement is to strengthen the capacity of the Caribbean Vulnerable Communities (CVC) and Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Gender Equality (ECADE) to create and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools for effective measurement of the impact of their programs and services on the lived experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community in the Caribbean. As a volunteer, you will support the team to create and administer M&E tools using a gender-responsive lens.Requirements
