Work Schedule: Standard Business Hours

Pay rate: CA$49 - CA$55.00 per hour. on W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) Creative & Occasions Operations Associate to support the production and execution of high-impact marketing creatives for top restaurant and retail partners. This role sits within the Ad Operations Merchandising team and works closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative Studio, Marketing, Product, and Localization to deliver scalable, customer-facing promotional content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production of creative assets, including banners and in-app promotional content.
• Own the translation workflow for creative content (French/English), ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of seasonal, brand, and promotional campaigns.
• Support scalable tooling improvements and creative asset management systems.
• Lead creative template creation and implementation to streamline design workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, marketing production, or related field.
• Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, design, and operations.
• Proficiency with digital tools and workflow systems (experience with creative platforms is a plus).
• Adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
