You'll lead projects, develop accurate sales forecasts, and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. Your work will directly impact the success of new and existing products within the company.■Main tasks include- Lead the development and maintenance of sales forecasting models for existing and future oncology products.- Manage market research projects, from planning and execution to analysis and insightful presentation of findings.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, etc.) to ensure alignment and the effective use of research.- Synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions.- Contribute to competitive intelligence gathering and analysis.- Identify and leverage key internal and external data sources to create robust forecasts.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now. 求められる経験
■Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in market research or forecasting within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences).
- Proven experience in utilizing various market research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract key insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English is required.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry data sources (IQVIA, MDV, etc.) is a plus.
