The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Toronto and Montreal markets. This is a remote position with travel expected to customer locations and trade shows as needed. In addition to base salary, sales commission will be based on years of experience, track record, and overall value brought to the organization. Applicants must have experience in precast production/manufacturing, specifically in stormwater and pipe products. French language skills are considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients within the industry
• Identify and pursue new clients through networking, prospecting, and cold calling
• Manage and accurately forecast the sales pipeline
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned region
• Apply knowledge of precast products to align solutions with client needs
• Respond to client inquiries regarding products, applications, and industry standards
• Provide proposals, pricing, credit terms, and bid specifications
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements; prepare contracts and submit orders
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and management teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment
• Prepare and deliver periodic sales reports and account updates to management
• Identify new business opportunities by evaluating client readiness and researching market potential
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; French fluency is a plus
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of precast stormwater and pipe products, with proven technical knowledge
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, not required
• Must have experience in precast production/manufacturing (stormwater/pipe products)
