The LPN provides end-of-life nursing care to individuals and families in the inpatient setting, within scope of practice and under the direction of the registered nurse. Three 12 hour shifts per week, including regularly scheduled weekends. Uniforms provided, 5% retirement match and robust benefit package, including vacation, sick and holiday pay.
Requirements:Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing, current LPN licensure (or eligibility) in Ohio and Kentucky. At least one year of experience in a patient care position in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility preferred.
Personal qualities of empathy, responsibility, and dependability. Must demonstrate effective communication skills with team members, clients, and family members. Must arrange travel and be able to access facilities independently.
