DUTIES BASED ON TEAM AND EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE:
Develop, review, and implement plans for coordinating availability of supplies, equipment, personnel and transportation.
Ensure stock control and accounting procedures including procedures for shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
Load and unload equipment supplies and materials using equipment such as forklifts and cranes.
Develop and execute contracting strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Develop and implement procurement plans to meet operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards for contracting and procurement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or related experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Contracting, or Procurement
• Experience with traffic and shipping related practices and standards
• Candidates may be subject to a government security investigation
• Familiar with the identification of items which would be applicable to hazardous material regulations for air and ground transport
• Supply chain management and purchasing experience
• Strong understanding of government regulations and industry standards for contracting and procurement.
Desired skills • Detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)is beneficial
• Certification in contracting and procurement, such as a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or a Certified Professional in Contract Management (CPCM).
• Experience with procurement planning and execution.

Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $49,700 - $87,515. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $57,100 - $99,015. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
