Akkodis is building a network of Integrated Logistic Support professionals for anticipated future opportunities with our clients within City . This is not a posting for a specific position. By joining our talent network, you’ll be considered for upcoming roles that may include Integrated Logistic Support and related positions.

Experience we're looking for:

• Preparing, authoring, and/or revising technical documents, including reports as necessary to support improvements to the technical data package and support solution.
• Reviewing products of the technical data package in collaboration with engineers.
• Creating and updating end user manuals.
• Creating quick reference guides and video tutorials.
• Coordinating the activities related to the verification of the final technical data package, track progress and report status.
• Analyzing Document Change Requests and liaising with technical contributors as appropriate to address the request and prepare or coordinate the development of the Change Package to identify the technical data package changes and revisions.
• Implementing the technical data package changes and revisions.
• Coordinating the development of new technical data in support of engineering changes, technical bulletins, logistics support analysis or problem reports.
• Coordinating the translation of the technical data and the acquisition of associated Translation Accuracy Checks for all translated material or of translation waivers if applicable.
• Ensuring standards, procedures / practices and controls are being followed.
• Supporting the development or revision of the technical data package in-service management plan, B2B processes, procedures and guides.
• Experience in desktop publishing processes and graphics production software such as Adobe Suites.

Additional Assets:

• Secret Security Clearance from the Government of Canada
• Experience working with the Department of National Defence
