Your Role:
As an integral member of our team, you will excel in providing exceptional customer service to multiple patients at once. Your enthusiasm for luxury products and fashion will enhance our patients' experiences, while your attention to detail and computer literacy will help streamline our operations, including computerized billing, invoicing, and inventory management.
Essential Qualifications:
• Optician license from a recognized Community College or equivalent experience
• Secondary school graduate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet navigation
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a retail setting
• Expertise in frame selection, fitting, measuring, and checking prescriptions
• Ability to perform frame adjustments and provide contact lens insertion and removal training
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, and participate in routine staff training outside of regular office hours
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with optometric terminology
• Experience in scheduling and pretesting (cross-functional skills)
• Knowledge of boutique and independent frame lines
