Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Base Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 (depending on experience)

Commission Structure:

• 5% on sales up to $750,000
• 6% on sales from $750,000 to $1,500,000
• 7% on sales exceeding $1,500,000
• Working Hours: Tuesday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We’re seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer | Sales Specialist to join our elite team and bring an unparalleled level of expertise to our showroom.

• Create innovative, practical kitchen and bath designs that fuse luxury materials, cutting-edge technology, and timeless design principles, in line with the MINIMAL aesthetic.
• Deliver personalized, high-end design solutions that reflect our clients’ unique needs and style.

• Guide clients through the entire design process—from concept development to final installation—with exceptional service and expertise.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, grounded in trust and a shared appreciation for quality and craftsmanship.

• Lead the sales process, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from start to finish, while meeting timelines, budgets, and the highest quality standards.
• Oversee multiple high-end projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with client expectations.

• Deliver an unforgettable in-store experience, helping clients visualize their dream spaces while educating them on the artistry and craftsmanship behind the products we offer.
• Provide expert advice and inspiration in an inspiring, gallery-like showroom environment.

• Design Expertise : Proven experience in kitchen and bath design, with an in-depth understanding of cabinetry, materials, and design trends.
• Sales Acumen : Strong sales background with the ability to close deals and influence client decisions, while maintaining the integrity of design.
• Exceptional Communication : Skilled at articulating design concepts to clients and team members clearly and professionally.
• Organizational Skills : Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, complex projects without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborative Spirit : A true team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.
• Proficiency in Design Software : Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for creating precise, functional, and visually compelling designs.
• Degree or Certification in Interior Design or a Related Field : A recognized degree or certification is required, ensuring a solid foundation in design principles and professional practice.

• Strong portfolio showcasing past kitchen and bath design work.
• Familiarity with other design software (e.g., 3D Studio Max, Revit, or similar) is a bonus.

• 4-5 years of professional experience in kitchen and bath design, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
• Proven track record of managing the full design and sales process from initial concept to final installation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and exceed targets, particularly in luxury retail or design-related environments.
