Our client is an extremely successful and fast growing Insurance sector business who are looking to grow their established and ambitious team with the addition of a Junior Operations Analyst.

The Junior Operations Analyst will play an important role working closely with the finance team and the front end of the business to ensure the smooth functioning of insurance processes.

No prior insurance experience is required, as this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a strong foundation in the insurance industry gradually expanding responsibilities and proficiency whilst developing an understanding of the business.

Key Responsibilities


·Assist with the end-to-end process of binding insurance policies, including data entry, policy issuance, and documentation management.
·Respond to internal and external inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, and underwriting guidelines.
·Maintain organised and up-to-date records of policies, endorsements, and other relevant documents.
·Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and propose innovative solutions to streamline processes.
·Provide support to various teams within the operations department, assisting with administrative tasks and participating in cross-functional projects as required.
·Adhere to industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Training Provided:

Understanding will be developed through a range of on the job learning, training sessions and portal lessons. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to apply their learning to new scenarios and varied examples.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

·Degree educated (minimum 2:1) in Mathematics, Science or Business related subjects
·Strong written and spoken communication skills to enable communication at all levels.
·Strong problem-solving skills
