We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Junior Graphic Designer to join our busy sign shop team. As a Junior Graphic Designer at our shop, you'll have the chance to contribute to exciting projects that will be seen all over your community. Billboards, wall murals, vehicle graphics, banners, trade show/promotional products, and so much more!
Working closely with our experienced team, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills and take on greater responsibilities with larger-scale projects. Whether you're interested in expanding your knowledge of print production or taking on more complex design challenges, we're here to help you grow.
Key Responsibilities:
? Set up artwork files based on client specifications
? Ability to quickly adjust designs based on feedback or production limitations
? Create error-free, print-ready files for various materials and products
? Create and manage work orders, ensuring all project details are accurately documented
? Diligently archive all design files and project materials in an organized manner for easy retrieval
? Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production
? Strong ability to follow and maintain consistent branding across multiple projects
Qualifications:
? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required
? Knowledge of Omega, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, are considered an assets
? Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
? Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Knowledge of print production processes and file setup for large-format printing is an asset
