【職務名】Supply Chain本部 Principal, Operational Excellence

【ミッション】
患者価値を起点に、E2E継続改善をSC本部に深く根付かせ、業界を先導するオペレーションを創出する。機能横断的な戦略的アプローチで、SCM全体の変革をリードする。

【主な責任】
- 戦略的フレームワークを構築し、SCM全体の改善施策を企画・実行
- 統計的改善手法（LeanSixSigma等）を活用し、プロセスの可視化・標準化を推進
- QMS再構築やVIP (Value Improvement: 年次の改善目標) の策定・実行
- 明確な役割分担（R&R）の標準化と機能横断連携の強化
- グローバル・APAC・国内のステークホルダーと連携し、共通KPIの設定・達成
- SCM全体での目標からの逆算思考であるBackcastingマインドセットの醸成
- チームメンバーへの教育・メンタリング、Black Belt取得支援
- プロジェクトの進捗・成果管理、課題・リスクの特定と解決

[Job Title] Principal, Operational Excellence Department, Supply Chain

[Mission]

Drive industry-leading operations by deeply embedding end-to-end continuous improvement within the Supply Chain organization, always starting from patient value. Lead comprehensive transformation across SCM through a strategic, cross-functional approach.

[Main Responsibilities]

- Establish strategic frameworks and design/implement improvement initiatives covering the entire SCM

- Facilitate process visualization and standardization by applying statistical improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma

- Reconstruct the QMS (Quality Management System) and plan/execute annual Value Improvement Projects (VIP), including setting and pursuing yearly improvement goals

- Standardize clear roles and responsibilities (R&R) and enhance cross-functional collaboration

- Work closely with global, APAC, and domestic stakeholders to define and achieve shared KPIs

- Promote a backcasting mindset that drives actions from SCM-wide objectives

- Provide education and mentoring to team members, including support for Black Belt certification

- Oversee project progress and results; proactively identify, address, and resolve issues and risks

[Required Skills & Experience]

- Hands-on experience in strategic improvement activities within the supply chain domain

- Practical knowledge and application of statistical methods and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and excellent communication skills

- Experience working collaboratively with global and multifunctional teams

- Strong ability to independently identify challenges and drive impactful improvement actions

- Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification (preferred)

- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
