業務内容
スマートニュースにおいて、ユーザー体験の根幹となるコンテンツ体験の向上施策や、良質な情報を届けるためのルール等の設計など、多種多様なコンテンツ関連業務をチームマネージャーとしてリードいただきます。
コンテンツ配信に関するオペレーションの設計と遂行
コンテンツ配信に関するルール設計およびコンテンツ品質管理チームとの連携
コンテンツに関する知見に基づく、エンジニアやプロダクトマネージャーとの協働
プロダクトの信頼性向上とユーザー定着に貢献するコンテンツ企画の立案と実行
必須要件：
コンテンツ・メディア領域における編成経験あるいは制作編集経験（合計最低5年以上）
コンテンツ・メディア領域におけるマネジメント経験。最低5名以上の体制について人事評価を伴った継続的なマネジメント経験があること。
メディア/コンテンツ/ジャーナリズム/社会課題に関する幅広い知識と問題意識
デジタルメディアでの目標設定/効果測定/運用改善の実務経験
新しいテクノロジーへの興味関心・学習意欲、エンジニアとの協働経験
複数のステークホルダーとの協業を可能とする効果的なコミュニケーション能力
語学力
