This role supports continuous mill operations through preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting, offering a 7-on/7-off rotating shift schedule and strong long-term benefits. What You'll Need - Valid Journeyperson Certification (or 3rd/4th year apprentice status)
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts
What Will Make You Stand Out - Experience in sawmills or industrial environments
- Familiarity with RsLogix (5, 500, 5000) and process control systems
- Knowledge of electric-over-pneumatic or hydraulic systems
