Austability () is a global provider of mission-critical services to military and government operations worldwide. Our work supports peacekeeping, security, infrastructure, and logistics efforts in complex and high-stakes environments.
As Japan Governor General , you will be the top executive leader overseeing Austabilitys operations across Japan and affiliated regions. You will be responsible for executing the company's strategic plans, maintaining operational excellence, managing risk, and representing the organization in alignment with global standards.
Lead the daily operations of Austability in Japan and in any country or location with a significant Japanese government/military presence.
Oversee and implement the annual operating plan in alignment with Austabilitys long-term Japan regional strategy.
Monitor and ensure the company maintains a strong competitive presence within the Japanese market.
Maintain regular, open, and timely communication with Austabilitys Chief Executives regarding operational goals, progress, and deviations.
Foster a values-driven, ethical company culture focused on customer service, compliance, and integrity.
Act as the primary risk manager for Japan operations, especially across proposals, projects, staffing, and compliance.
Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the region.
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred .
10+ years of industry-related experience , including at least 3 years in executive or senior leadership roles.
Demonstrated expertise in evaluating operational risks, managing crises, and communicating updates effectively.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership presence with a background in government, military, or multinational business operations.
Salary paid in Japanese Yen or U.S. Dollars , based on preference and negotiation.
