[About the company]Our client is a leading technology solutions provider dedicated to creating safe, secure, and comfortable living environments worldwide. They specialize in advanced systems for public infrastructure and transportation, with a mission to contribute to a better society through their innovative offerings.[Role & Responsibilities]As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering complex AFC (Automatic Fare Collection) systems and remote monitoring solutions for station facilities to international clients. You will manage projects from the post-specification phase through to successful handover, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.Main tasks include:・Manage international projects involving AFC systems (e.g., ticket gates supporting credit card touch payments) and station facility remote monitoring solutions.・Oversee project lifecycles ranging from 1 to 3 years, from specification adjustment through to final delivery.・Coordinate with internal teams, external development partners (outsourced vendors), and clients to ensure project success.・Prepare project quotations and manage all aspects of turnkey contract projects, including specification definition, scheduling, cost control, design, development, on-site installation, testing, and operational handover.IMPORTANT: There will be 1-week overseas business trip on a monthly basis (mainly Philippines and Indonesia).

求められる経験
・Business-level English & Japanese proficiency (ratio 85% english, 15% japanese).
・IT Project Management Experience
・Basic IT knowledge, including PCs and servers.
・Experience in sales or as a System Engineer with international companies (experience within Japan is acceptable).
・PMP certification is a plus.
・Domain knowledge of station equipment is a plus (training provided).
・Experience in business strategy or overseas marketing is a plus.
・A proactive and challenging mindset for global business development.
