Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Business Units to gather requirements, formulate proposals, and kick off projects effectively.
2. Develop detailed schedules and execution plans to ensure project success.
3. Lead project execution and closely monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Regularly communicate project status updates to various stakeholders.
5. Identify project risks and issues and devise effective mitigation plans.

- Strong execution and monitoring skills using JIRA.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- JLPT N2 proficiency or above in Japanese language.
