Job Description

[Required (MUST)] ・Experience in web system development or development projects ・Ability to think for oneself and act independently even in areas of inexperience ・Ability to communicate smoothly not only with team members, but also with customers and team members from other companies

・2+ years of development experience, requirements definition, project management skills, experience with large-scale projects (over 100 million yen, several hundred man-months or more) ・Experience in project management of IT projects at a development company or IT consulting company ・Knowledge and experience in DX is preferred ・Experience in system development ・Able to think for oneself and act independently even in areas with no experience ・Able to communicate smoothly not only with team members but also with customers and other vendors, and able to proactively promote projects

■3 days in summer, 3 days at the end of the year and New Year's holidays.
