ESR東京オフィスにてインベストメントおよびキャピタルチームのジュニア アナリスト/アナリストを募集いたします。 このポジションは、同社の物流施設プロジェクトに関連する様々な財務分析および投資管理タスクを実行し、インベストメントチームのサポートすることです。 

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• アクイジション及び開発のアンダーライティングのサポート業務。投資メモの作成とレビュー、Excel 財務モデルの作成、投資家のQA対応等。 
• 月次および四半期ごとの物件レベルおよび投資家レポートのサポート業務 
• マーケットデータの収集と情報データベースのメンテナンス 
• インベストメント、ファンドマネジメント、アセットマネジメント、財務、トランザクションチーム等の各チーム間で調整を行い取引完了をサポート 
• 建設、環境、法律、税務のデューデリジェンスのサポート業務 
• アドホック分析やプレゼンテーションを含む、シニアメンバーの新規事業の企画に関するサポート業務 
• グループ内の様々なビジネスユニット（海外オフィスを含む）と連携し、業務をサポート 

ESR is looking to fill a Junior Analyst / Analyst role on the Investments and Capital team based in Tokyo, Japan. The position’s primary focus is to support the Investments team with performing various financial analysis and investment management tasks related to the firm’s logistics projects at ESR. 

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist underwriting efforts for acquisitions and development opportunities including the creation and review of investment memorandums, building Excel financial models, and investor requests. 
• Assist with monthly and quarterly asset level & investor reports 
• Market data collection and maintenance of the internal market database 
• Support and coordinate transaction closings between Investments, Fund Management, Asset Management, Finance, and Transaction teams. 
• Support construction, environmental, legal, and tax due diligence. 
• Support business development activities of senior management including ad hoc analysis and presentations. 
• Cooperate with various business units across the group (including offshore offices) to support operations. 

Requirements

• 認定教育機関による学士号の授与を受けている事 
• 不動産投資における複数年の経験があることが望ましい 
• Excel、Word、PowerPoint に関する豊富な実務知識 
• 細部への強いこだわりと分析的思考 
• 優れた対人コミュニケーションスキルおよび異文化コミュニケーションスキル 
• 複数のプロジェクトと成果物を管理できる能力を備えた自発性のある人物 
• ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語が望ましい。 

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 
• Multiple years of experience, preferably in real estate investment. 
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset 
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. 
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables 
• Native level Japanese and Business level English preferred
