Job Description:

• company known in the commercial vehicle industry for its cutting-edge technology and product development. Our team, responsible for all product design for the Company brand, develops designs on a daily basis that clearly convey the brand's identity and product message. As an industrial designer, you will be responsible for exterior and interior design in advanced development and mass-production vehicle development. You will also be responsible for design concepts and design proposals, as well as negotiating with related departments and suppliers in preparation for mass production.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and propose exterior and interior designs that embody a clear concept and unique brand identity in line with project requirements.
• Concept creation using sketches and 3D models, exterior and interior styling design
• As part of the product design team, you will be responsible for concept planning and project development, from initial idea development to mass production.
• Research and analysis of development trends, culture, human behavior, etc.
• Product development through collaboration with other departments
• Pursuing attractive design that also takes functionality into consideration
• Design consideration based on design and regulatory requirements
• Design execution based on brand strategy

Job Qualifications:

• 3D modeling tool skills (Alias)
• 2D design tool skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• 5+ years of design experience in the automotive/transportation industry
• Graduate from a design-related vocational school or higher .

Japanese language : Fluent level Japanese (N1) and business level English required.
