Annual Salary : 6.5 Million and Above

Job Qualification:

• UX design skills to create ideas that solve customer problems from a consumer perspective and compelling experiences for products and services.
• A range of practical experience and design skills (3D CAD, 3D rendering) as an industrial designer, from product planning to mass production
• Project lead skills in design development, proactively promoting collaboration with sales, planning, and design members, and bringing the ideal design to market.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading the launch of a new business using design thinking and achieving commercialization
• Presentation skills to propose design concepts to management
• User research skills (survey design, qualitative research, insight extraction, persona creation, etc.)
• Design thinking and commitment to imagining and embodying the essence, meaning, and ideal form of something
• Passion to work together to achieve the goal of solving humanity's water problems
• A spirit of challenge to expand the world into new areas without being bound by past successes

Japanese Language Skills : Native level Japanese and English not required
