Millan Enterprises is a locally owned and operated asset management and real estate company serving the Clarksville community since 1999. We are family- and veteran-owned and focus on building great projects by developing great people. We are currently looking for an HR/Recruiter to grow our talented team and support our people-first culture.

Position Overview

As an HR/Recruiter at Millan Enterprises, you will lead sourcing and build a talent pipeline for a diverse range of roles across our growing company. The role blends relationship-building, strategic outreach, and recruiting expertise. Were looking for someone with staffing agency experience, sales acumen, high enthusiasm, and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities. This position will be heavily involved in standing up a new division within Millan Enterprises.

What Youll Do

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of roles.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and hiring strategies.
• Draft and post job ads across platforms and networks.
• Attend job fairs and community events to promote Millans brand.
• Track applicants and keep recruitment records organized using our ATS.
• Support onboarding coordination and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.

What Were Looking For

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (strongly preferred)
• SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or related fields
• Staffing firm experience is a big plus
• Background in sales or client-facing roles is highly desirable

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Technologically savvy (competent in Microsoft Office and G-Suite)
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with ATS systems and platforms like LinkedIn
• Sales-minded approach to recruiting with persuasive communication skills
• Working knowledge of: recruitment and selection best practices; compensation structures; FMLA, FLSA, and employment law compliance; organizational development; employee training and development; HR policies and procedures
