  • Partner with managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions, to minimize risk and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including coaching on feedback practices, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Support organizational changes such as promotions, transfers, relocations, retirements, and terminations with a balanced, people-centric approach.
  • Facilitate and support training, capability reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines and identify high-potential employees.
  • Play a key mentorship role by supporting and guiding HR administrators and ensuring timely resolution of employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company programs.
  • Proactively engage in HR communications by supporting town halls, team meetings, and leadership sessions to strengthen the employee experience.
