As a Junior Documentation Specialist , you will support the Operations team by digitizing and organizing confidential employee records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , organizational skills , and reliability .
Job Title: Junior Documentation Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Pay Range: $23/hour (W2)
Scan, digitize, label, and index documents
Upload and organize files in SharePoint
Manage physical files and boxes (lifting 15+ lbs)
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
Experience with document scanning and SharePoint
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work onsite full-time
$23/hr W2 pay
3-month contract
Fixed daytime schedule (Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm)
