The Role

You will be responsible for :

• You will be paired with a manager and assistant manager to manage the hotel.
• Reservation reception, check-in and check-out, breakfast service
• Recruitment, training and management of part-time staff
• Simple accounting work, etc.
• Clearance of scope of legally required changes to job content: Hotel management work

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Controller / Commercial Manager or Business Manager / Chief of Staff role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
• You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
