They have a strong presence in Japan and are seeking a highly skilled HEOR or HTA expert to join their team.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Health Technology Assessment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing market access strategies for current and future products. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal reimbursement and maximize the commercial potential of company's portfolio in Japan. You’ll be instrumental in navigating the complex Japanese regulatory and healthcare landscape, building relationships with key opinion leaders, and shaping strategies to overcome access barriers for patients. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient access to life-changing medications.■Main tasks include- Develop and execute market access strategies aligned with brand and global strategies.- Lead Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions and negotiations with the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare (MHLW) and other relevant agencies.- Develop and manage HEOR/HTA data and evidence generation plans, including designing and executing HEOR studies.- Monitor and analyze health insurance and pricing policy changes, providing strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including HEOR experts and industry associations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, marketing, and global market access, to ensure alignment and optimize strategies.If you are interested in this position, please apply now. 求められる経験
■Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in health economics, market access, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese healthcare system, regulatory landscape, and reimbursement processes.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful market access strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
