Are you a seasoned healthcare leader with a passion for both medical excellence and patient experience? We’re conducting a confidential search for a Clinic Manager to lead a high-volume, dual-practice clinic offering both medical dermatology and private-pay aesthetic services.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a key leadership role at a busy, well-established clinic that blends clinical innovation, beauty, and business under one roof.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead daily clinic operations across medical dermatology, surgical procedures, and aesthetics .
• Manage and mentor a large, cross-functional team : nurses, admins, aestheticians, and coordinators.
• Ensure optimal clinic flow, scheduling efficiency , and consistent service delivery.
• Oversee clinic financials, inventory, KPIs , and ensure compliance across both OHIP and private-payer workflows.
• Act as the bridge between corporate leadership and clinic staff , while fostering a strong, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years in clinic management, healthcare ops, or aesthetic/dermatology leadership .
• Strong working knowledge of OHIP billing , medical office protocols, and private aesthetics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and navigate change diplomatically.
• Business acumen with budgeting, P&L, and KPI tracking experience.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Accuro EMR or similar platforms.
