Job description:
This role will oversee back-of-house operations, lead and develop the kitchen team, and ensure consistent execution of high-quality, guest-focused dishes.
Required profile:
Head Chef requirements:- Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in premium casual or upscale dining- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a fast-paced culinary team- Energetic, hands-on presence in the kitchen - Solid understanding of kitchen operations, inventory control, food safety, and labor management- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction
