Whether you’re passionate about customer service, cooking, or simply love being part of a creative environment, this position offers the opportunity to develop your skills and even grow into store management. No experience is required, and full training is provided!

Job Description:

• Hall service and customer interaction (including handling phone and email reservations)
• Register operations
• Serving food
• Simple food preparation
• Cleaning the restaurant and kitchen
• Assisting with menu development and event planning/operations
• Managing the restaurant's social media (As you become familiar with the job, feel free to get involved in store management if interested.)

Employment Type:
Part-time/Hourly (Opportunities for full-time employment available)

Location:
Sakura-tei, 3-20-1 Jingumae, Shibuya, Tokyo

Working Hours:
Between 09:00 and 23:00 (Shift-based), break time as per legal standards

Salary:
¥1,300 per hour (during training period, ¥1,200 per hour)

Holidays/Time Off:
Full two-day off system per week (shift-based including weekends and holidays)
(For full-time employees: summer/winter holidays, paid leave, bereavement leave [120 days off per year])

Benefits:
Transportation allowance (up to ¥30,000/month) (For full-time employees: regular salary increases, bonuses twice a year, full social insurance, retirement plan)

Sakura-tei, a popular okonomiyaki restaurant in Harajuku, is loved by inbound tourists from all over the world. Located within the Design Festa Gallery Harajuku Art Village, the restaurant boasts a nostalgic Japanese atmosphere in a restored traditional house, surrounded by art in a creative, chaotic environment. It is Japan's largest okonomiyaki restaurant with 220 seats!
