Nous sommes une clinique médicale bien établie et en pleine croissance située au cœur du village Hudson. Notre équipe de professionnels de la santé offre des soins centrés sur le patient dans un environnement accueillant et efficace. Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire de clinique dynamique pour diriger nos opérations et appuyer notre mission d’excellence en soins de santé.

Résumé du poste:

Le/la gestionnaire de clinique est responsable de la gestion quotidienne des activités administratives et opérationnelles de la clinique. Il/elle supervise le personnel, coordonne les horaires, assure la conformité réglementaire, et veille à offrir une expérience patient optimale.

Résponsabilités principales:

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de la clinique
  • Encadrer et gérer le personnel administratif et de soutien clinique
  • Collaborer avec les médecins pour optimiser les horaires, la facturation et les ressources
  • Gérer les budgets, les stocks et les rapports financiers
  • Assurer la conformité avec les règlements provinciaux (RAMQ, MSSS, CNESST, etc.)
  • Gérer les plaintes et commentaires des patients de façon professionnelle
  • Coordonner l’entretien des locaux
  • Mettre en œuvre les politiques internes et les initiatives d’amélioration continue
  • Préparer des rapports pour la direction médicale
  • Soutenir et recruter du personnel 

Qualifications requises:

  • Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en administration de la santé ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste de gestion
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans le demaine de la santé
  • Expérience en gestion de clinique ou bureau médical un atout
  • Bonne connaissance du système de santé québécois un atout
  • Expérience avec des logiciels de facturation médicale (ex. : Medesync) un atout
  • Excellentes compétences avec des logiciels Microsoft Office (ex: Excel).
  • Expérience avec Quickbooks un atout
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) obligatoire
  • Leadership reconnu et bonnes capacités d’organisation

We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager or Director to lead our operations and support our mission of excellence in patient care.

Role Description:

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the clinic. This includes supervising staff, supervising the administrative team, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resources, and improving the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Lead, and manage administrative and clinical support staff
  • Collaborate with physicians to optimize scheduling, billing, and resource utilization
  • Monitor budgets, inventory, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with provincial healthcare regulations and policies (RAMQ, MSSS, CNESST, etc.)
  • Handle patient complaints and feedback with professionalism
  • Coordinate maintenance of clinic facilities
  • Implement and oversee clinic policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Prepare reports for senior leadership and medical directors
  • Support and recruit personnel

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in management role
  • Minimum 3 years experience in health related field
  • Experience in healthcare office or clinic management is an asset
  • Understanding of Quebec’s healthcare system and regulatory requirements is an asset
  • Proficiency in medical billing systems (e.g., Medesync, QHR, etc.) is an asset
  • Strong skills with use of Microsoft office programs (excel) required
  • Experience in use of Quickbooks or similar accounting system is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is mandatory
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
