As a Generator Technician, you will support our growing base of
new and existing generator customers with
routine maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and warranty claims - all backed by a dependable schedule and full office support.
You'll focus on your craft while we take care of
appointment scheduling, dispatching, and administrative support . In addition to continued learning through
manufacturer-hosted training and development courses , you'll also have the opportunity to
expand your certifications into other brands like Kohler to grow your value and career.
What You'll Do - Perform scheduled maintenance , repairs , and diagnostics on Generac standby generators
- Troubleshoot system issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Submit and manage warranty claims through Generac's platform
- Provide clear, professional service to customers
- Arrive at appointments scheduled and coordinated by our in-house team
What You Bring - Proven electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Prior experience with Generators is a plus, not required
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
