Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) RH impliqué(e) et passionné(e) par les personnes et la culture . Il s’agit d’un contrat d’un an , offrant l’opportunité de soutenir les gestionnaires et les employés, de contribuer à l’expérience employé et de participer à des initiatives RH significatives.

Profil recherché
🎓 Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe (maîtrise est un atout)
📅 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en RH (relations avec les employés, gestion de la performance ou gestion des talents)
💡 Bonne connaissance des pratiques RH et de la législation du travail
🤝 Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
⚡ Organisé(e), proactif(ve) et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément
