You Bring the Firepower

• ✔ 5+ years in multi-site retail leadership — or equivalent strategic roles
• ✔ Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams
• ✔ Strong commercial instincts and operational decision-making skills
• ✔ Experience in hardware or building supply is a major asset
