◆Corporate and Business Overview
With the mission of "creating a happy society through solving social issues using AI," the company is working to create a wide variety of services utilizing its proprietary AI technology and AI platform as a solution for improving labor productivity in an aging society with a declining birthrate.
The company was founded in 2016 and went public in November 2021. Business performance continues to grow year after year, especially in FY23, when the market is experiencing a tailwind due to the explosion of generative AI, with conversational AI predicted to be embedded in 40% of enterprise applications by 2024. With two companies becoming subsidiaries and one company becoming a group, the business environment is dynamically evolving, and the company is looking for more people to join its team in order to realize new services and businesses to solve social issues.
The organization for this position, the AI platform business segment, is a mainstream business of the company with annual sales exceeding 50 million yen, and at the same time, it is undergoing a period of business transformation. The company has been promoting social implementation of AI with stakeholders who can change the structure of the industry, and has accumulated a variety of assets such as AI technologies, applications, and middleware within the company. The company aims to become a "comprehensive AI business company" that transforms companies and, in turn, changes the structure of society by continuing to "deepen" the creation and provision of its own services by making maximum use of these unique assets and knowledge, and "explore" the creation of new services and businesses.
In the above AI platform business, a team will be launched in FY2024 with the mission of nurturing the seeds of products and commercializing them as services. The team will seek to commercialize multiple products from the three perspectives of needs generated in projects with customers, market-in, and technology-driven.
◆Project Examples
●Building an AI-based healthcare service with a life insurance company
・Based on the client's requirements, we built a healthcare service using AI from 0 to 1.
・Based on the functional and non-functional requirements extracted from the results of requirements definition with the client, we selected appropriate architects and technologies.
・For AI-related functions, we also involve our machine learning engineers to design the optimal architecture.
・Provide the client with technical proposals that emerge during development, and develop services that are optimized from the user's point of view.
◆Responsibilities
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks
Functional design, architectural design, and technology selection based on requirement definition
Basic design, detailed design, implementation, unit testing
QA, system operation and maintenance
*The technology stack varies from project to project and from product to product.
*In the recent past, you will have opportunities to use Kotlin, Scala, TypeScript, and React.
◆Attractiveness
You can gain experience in the 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 phases of product launches, where you will work on site and in teams that are very close to the business process of defining requirements, etc.

スキル・資格
【Required】
Experience in back-end development using Kotlin, Scala, Java, etc.
Experience in front-end development using JS, React, etc.
Experience in basic design/detail design/implementation/testing
【Preferred】Experience in in-house product development
Experience in AWS design, construction, and operation
Experience in Swift and Python development
English communication skills (spoken/text)
