437: Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a multi-talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help bring our brand to life across all channels. You’ll be responsible for concepting and designing assets for digital and print platforms, ensuring consistent and compelling visual storytelling. This is a hybrid creative-marketing role where you’ll collaborate across departments to design everything from Instagram posts and email templates to paid ads and print.

What You’ll Do:

Content + Social Media

• Design visual content for organic social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets that align with campaigns and brand tone
• Create graphics for social media stories, carousels, and reel covers
• Assist in content planning and asset management across channels

Paid Media

• Design and optimize static and animated assets for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
• Work with marketing leads to A/B test creative performance and apply learnings to new iterations

Email Marketing

• Design email campaigns with a focus on conversion, layout hierarchy, and brand aesthetic
• Understand and implement marketing learnings for growth and conversion

Web Design

• Design website assets including banners, landing pages, product images, and promotional graphics
• Support UX/UI updates with mockups and creative direction for web builds or refreshes

Print + Packaging

• Design print-ready files for packaging, inserts, postcards, retail signage, and event collateral
• Ensure high standards of production and liaise with print vendors when needed

AD HOC

• Any AD HOC needs that require photo editing or graphic design

About You

You are a creatively driven individual with a strong eye for aesthetics and a natural ability to bring ideas to life visually. You have a genuine passion for content and love ideating new ways to tell a story through design. Whether it’s creating digital assets for social, building out marketing collateral, or developing brand visuals, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across teams to bring cohesive, engaging visuals to life. You’re not just a designer - you’re a storyteller, problem-solver, and someone who deeply understands the importance of beautiful, intentional content in building a brand.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a creative, marketing, or brand environment
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
• Naturally creative with a strong eye for composition, typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience designing for social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
• Ability to take direction, work independently, and manage multiple projects at once
• Familiarity with brand identity systems and how to apply them across channels
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
• Motion design or video editing skills are a bonus
