【What is "BOTCHAN"】
This is a marketing SaaS product that uses conversational chat forms to maximize LTV.
Its strengths include the ability to complete payment within the chat form and the ability to provide comprehensive marketing support for each funnel of recognition, purchase, inquiry, and retention. Currently, mainly four of the company's products have been introduced to customers in various industries, including e-commerce, and the total number of customers has exceeded 500.

【 Job Description】

■Recruitment Background
The voicebot market stands at 8.8 billion yen, in contrast to the call center market which reaches 1.2 trillion yen.

The overwhelming shortage of call center operators has resulted in numerous challenges for call center customer service. These include a decline in call reception rates, escalating response costs, and the personalization of customer service quality.

To address these issues, the company is promoting the business development of 'BOTCHAN AICALL,' a phone customer service AI agent representing a new business venture leveraging generative AI. They are currently seeking engineers to collaborate on the launch of this business.

■Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with AI engineers and Product Managers/Product Owners to undertake the following responsibilities related to our in-house product, 'BOTCHAN AICALL

Maintenance development, research of new technologies, verification.

■Mission
Detailed specification design, implementation, maintenance, and operation in accordance with the product roadmap.

■Position Highlights
You will be involved in the development of products utilizing cutting-edge AI technology and T3 Stack, a state-of-the-art TypeScript technology.
Regarding the application of generative AI, you can take on the highly unique challenge of "AI-powered customer service," rather than being limited to narrow areas such as internal FAQs.
There is an environment where development can be done while actively discussing technology and architecture.
Foreign engineers make up the majority of the team, allowing you to work with global members.

・Authentication: Auth.js (also using Auth0 for SAML SSO)

■ Background of Technology Selection
TypeScript has been primarily selected to maximize development efficiency and achieve service stability through Fullstack Typesafety.
For thorough AI-driven development, Next.js was adopted for the frontend implementation, aiming to leverage v0 prototypes from Vercel's v0 during the Design phase as much as possible.
TypeScript (NestJS) is used for the backend API.
Python (FastAPI) is used exclusively for the AI-specific parts.

【Required】
■Experience
2+ years of backend development experience for web services using statically-typed languages (e.g., Java, Go, TypeScript).
1+ year of experience in infrastructure operation and maintenance using cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
Practical experience working in a team using Git.

■Skills
Language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1-N3 level.
Logical thinking skills.
Communication skills.
Technical writing skills.

■Knowledge
Knowledge of project management.

【Preferred】
■Experience
Practical experience in AI-driven development using tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Devin.

■Knowledge
